Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Timo (the "App").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About Timo

Timo is an iOS application designed to help users build healthier phone habits through guided sessions, app and website blocking, usage limits, and habit-support tools.

3. Screen Time and Blocking Features

Certain Timo features rely on Apple Screen Time, Family Controls, notifications, and other device permissions. These permissions are optional, but some App features may not function correctly without them.

You are responsible for reviewing your own device settings and understanding how Timo's blocking, limits, and session controls affect app and website access on your device.

4. Accounts and Sync

Some features may allow you to sign in with Apple and sync supported preferences or session data across devices.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account and for any activity that occurs through your signed-in use of the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Timo may offer paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features ("Subscriptions").

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are managed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device.

Timo uses RevenueCat, a third-party service provider, to manage subscriptions, entitlements, and purchase validation. RevenueCat does not process payments directly and does not have access to your full payment information.

Prices, subscription terms, billing periods, and any trial details are disclosed to you at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Timo available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, design elements, and branding of the App are owned by Timo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use only.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including interruptions, feature limitations, blocked app access, or reliance on habit and productivity guidance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
